Teambuilding and Leadership

Students go to the YMCA Outdoor Family Center to participate in activities geared toward developing interpersonal relationships and problem-solving skills. Each five- or six-member company team needs these experiences to successfully complete the challenging tasks awaiting them throughout the week. After returning to Lake Erie College, they are introduced to the computer simulation game. Students spend the remainder of the evening deciding which role each would assume as officers of their respective companies.
